Good Things!

I was allowed to judge at the SFH competition yesterday!

I had old ales in the morning and specialty beers in the afternoon. They paired me with a few very experienced BJCP judges. I learned a ton!

This really offset the crappy beer I have brewed recently. I am feeling a comeback.

Bad Things!

Well in my rush to get a few batches together for the SFH competition I ruined a couple.

My irish red and wheat had infections. My Bock & IPA did not fully ferment. My stout was not my best effort.

Oh well, there is always next year.
