This is an AG version of batch 51 brewed in late 2008.
Ingredients: 12.50 lb Pale Malt, Maris Otter; 1.00 lb Carafoam; 0.50 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 40L; 0.50 oz Amarillo Gold (77 min); 0.75 oz Cascade (67 min); 0.50 oz Amarillo Gold (57 min); 0.50 oz Cascade (47 min); 0.50 oz Amarillo Gold (37 min); 0.50 oz Cascade (27 min); 0.50 oz Amarillo Gold (17 min); 1.00 oz Amarillo Gold (7 min); Whirlfloc Tablet; 2 Pkgs US-05
Will dry hop with 1.00 oz each of Amarillo & Cascade. Thinking about oak. My problem is I need this ready in a month and do not believe oak will add anything in that short timeframe.
Had a little trouble with the still new 10g mash tun. Ended up with almost a gallon of extra volume. I boiled it down which added more than an extra hour to my brew day.
